Meet the team

Chris Irwin, Vice President and Secretary
Mr. Irwin practices securities and corporate/commercial law and has been the President of Irwin Professional Corporation since August, 2006. Prior thereto he was an associate of Wildeboer Dellelce LLP from January, 2004 to August, 2006. From January, 2001 to December, 2004, he was an associate of Power Budd LLP, Barristers and Solicitors. Prior thereto, from December, 1998 to December, 2000, he was an associate of Boyle & Company, Barristers and Solicitors. Mr. Irwin has received his Bachelor of Arts from Bishop’s University in Lennoxville, Quebec in 1990 and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton, New Brunswick in 1994. Mr. Irwin has been a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1996.

Mr. Irwin advises a number of public companies on a variety of issues including continuous disclosure and regulatory issues; reverse-takeover transactions, initial public offerings and takeover bids.

Mr. Irwin is a director and/or officer of several public companies including: Seafield Resources Ltd.; Laramide Resources Ltd.; Kinbauri Gold Corp.; Roscan Minerals Corp.; Black Pearl Minerals Consolidated Inc.; Trelawney Resources Inc. and Ursa Major Minerals Incorporated.

Wanda Cutler, Vice President
Wanda Cutler brings more than 13 years of corporate development, investor relations, issues management and marketing experience to the role. Throughout her career she has held numerous senior communications and investor relations positions in several public companies including: Pinetree Capital, Mega Uranium and multiple alternative energy companies focusing on hydrogen/natural gas infrastructure, fuel cells and solar technology.

Wanda has actively participated on several senior management teams and provided strategic counsel to multiple public companies, consistently delivering results.

Wanda holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Political Science) from the University of Ottawa.

Eric Lowy, Director
Mr. Lowy is a lawyer with Irwin Professional Corporation where he practices securities and corporate law. His practice emphasizes corporate finance and merger and acquisition transactions for public companies, as well as public company governance and regulation. He currently serves on the Board and acts as corporate secretary of several public and private companies.
